EQT Infrastructure VI, through acquisition vehicle Otello BidCo AB, completed a recommended public offer to acquire 100% of OX2 AB at SEK 60 per share and now controls 98.81% of the company; OX2 has applied for delisting from Nasdaq Stockholm. EQT says it will support OX2's evolution from a pure developer to an integrated renewables developer and asset owner and provide additional investment to grow the company's pipeline across onshore/offshore wind, solar and storage.

EQT Value-Add Infrastructure Acquires Majority Stake in SK Shieldus

EQT Value-Add Infrastructure (EQT Infrastructure VI) has agreed to acquire a 68% stake in SK Shieldus from SK Square and Macquarie Asset Management's infrastructure business, with SK Square retaining a 32% minority holding. The investment marks EQT's first infrastructure investment in South Korea and aims to accelerate SK Shieldus's digitalization, expand its physical and cyber security offerings, and support fleet decarbonization and operational improvements.

EQT Private Equity Acquires Minority Stake in United Talent Agency

Investcorp will sell its full minority stake and EQT will also purchase portions of existing stakes from continuing shareholders including PSP Investments; the investment will support UTA's growth, innovation and international expansion.

EQT Public Value Takes ~10% Stake in Storytel AB

EQT Public Value, an EQT Partners fund, has committed to acquire 1,625,000 B shares in Swedish probiotic company BioGaia AB via a directed share issue for SEK 650 million, subject to approval at an extraordinary general meeting. The investment is a minority growth-capital commitment intended to support BioGaia's continued global expansion by providing access to EQT's healthcare expertise, advisory network and in-house digital and sustainability teams.

Risk Strategies Acquires Securitas Insurance Partners

Risk Strategies, a national specialty insurance brokerage and risk management firm, has acquired Securitas Insurance Partners, LLC, a Malvern, Pennsylvania-based specialty brokerage serving venture capital and private equity-backed portfolio companies. The deal expands Risk Strategies' Private Equity practice and adds Securitas' expertise in management liability, pre-transaction insurance due diligence and tailored insurance programs; terms were not disclosed.
