Crown Electrokinetics Acquires Amerigen 7 (renamed Crown Fiber Optics)

Crown Electrokinetics Corp. acquired substantially all assets of Amerigen 7 in an asset purchase agreement and will rename the business Crown Fiber Optics. The acquisition adds distributed antenna systems (DAS) and fiber optic construction capabilities to Crown's smart-glass business and includes a $67 million purchase order with Charter Communications for fiber buildout in Ohio; Crown paid $645,000 in cash and assumed certain liabilities.

I Squared Capital Acquires GTT's Infrastructure Division for $2.15 Billion

The sale transfers a global fiber network, transatlantic subsea cables and data center/colocation assets to I Squared (later relaunched as EXA Infrastructure), allowing GTT to refocus on its capex‑light cloud networking business.

Zayo Group Acquires QOS Networks from M/C Partners

EQT Infrastructure VI to Acquire Eagle Railcar Services

Kane Infrastructure Services Acquires Cable Solutions

Kane Infrastructure Services, a portfolio platform of Aterian Investment Partners, acquired Cable Solutions, LLC, a Chandler, Arizona-based provider of structured cabling, fiber optic and inside plant services. The transaction is Kane's first add-on and expands the platform's geographic footprint into the Southwest, strengthening its presence in healthcare, education and other commercial end markets.

EQT Infrastructure and Stonepeak Acquire DELTA Fiber

EQT Infrastructure V and Stonepeak have agreed to acquire DELTA Fiber from EQT Infrastructure III, with each buyer taking a 50% stake and co-controlling the company. Headquartered in Schiedam, Netherlands, DELTA Fiber operates an approximately 50,000 km FTTH network connecting about 900,000 households and businesses (approximately 600 employees) and will be supported by the new owners to accelerate rollout to two million connections by 2025.
