EQT X and CPP Investments Acquire NEOGOV from Warburg Pincus and Carlyle

EQT’s EQT X fund and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments) have agreed to acquire NEOGOV, a provider of HR and compliance software for U.S. public-sector agencies. The deal is signed to be completed in the coming months and will bring NEOGOV’s cloud-native employee lifecycle and compliance platform to a new private ownership phase.
