Equistone Partners Europe has made a significant minority growth investment in QuestGates, the UK’s largest independent provider of complex loss adjusting and claims solutions. QuestGates, headquartered in Birmingham with c.500 employees and £41m revenue in FY2023/24, will continue to be led by CEO Chris Hall and remain majority-owned by its management team and employees; the capital will support organic growth, capability development and further acquisitive expansion.

Equistone-backed Talon Acquires Evolve and Novus Canada

Equistone-backed global OOH agency Talon has completed two bolt-on acquisitions, acquiring London-headquartered Evolve and Canadian OOH agency Novus Canada. The deals (financial terms undisclosed) add roughly £100m in billings and form part of Talon’s buy-and-build international expansion strategy to strengthen its OOH capabilities and establish a Canadian foothold.

Antin Infrastructure Partners Acquires Wildstone from DigitalBridge

Equistone plans to support Gardengate's international expansion (Benelux, Germany, UK), broaden its product range, grow its online presence and consolidate Portuguese production to increase capacity and profitability.
