ERA Prime Real Estate Group, a Michigan-based ERA franchise, has acquired Southgate-based Compass Realty Pro. The acquisition expands ERA Prime's presence and market share in southeast Michigan; founder Mark Higgins will join ERA Prime as a managing broker. Financial terms were not disclosed.
