The EY organization has acquired Aqurance A.E., a Greece‑headquartered Veeva services partner, to strengthen EY's Veeva Centers of Excellence and expand clinical, regulatory and commercial platform capabilities for life sciences clients. The acquisition combines EY's global transformation and regulatory expertise with Aqurance's deep Veeva Vault and CRM implementation experience to accelerate platform migrations, compliance and AI-enabled data use across pharma and biotech clients.
