(ESO) announced it has acquired d2i, a healthcare performance improvement company that converts fragmented EMR and revenue cycle data into actionable emergency department and hospital analytics. The acquisition is intended to strengthen ESO’s “end-to-end emergency intelligence” platform across the full emergency lifecycle, from community risk and dispatch through hospital care and beyond.
