ESP Associates, a portfolio company of Strength Capital Partners, has completed the acquisitions of CivilCorp, LLC (Texas) and Ditesco, LLC (Fort Collins, Colorado). The transactions expand ESP’s civil engineering, transportation, geospatial and construction management capabilities while growing its presence in the Texas and Colorado markets as part of a broader platform build strategy.
