ESP Associates, a Strength Capital Partners platform company, has acquired Pickett and Associates, Inc. and U.S. Imaging Flight Ops, LLC. The add-on expands ESP’s engineering, surveying, geospatial and aerial mapping capabilities for electric utility, power grid and telecommunications clients and increases ESP’s U.S. footprint and headcount.
