Compass UOL has acquired Avenue Code, a North American software consulting agency founded in San Francisco with over 1,000 technology professionals across the U.S., Canada, Europe and Brazil. The deal is Compass UOL’s sixth acquisition as it builds a single global digital-transformation platform combining specialized engineering companies to expand capabilities and serve Fortune 100 clients across retail, automotive, insurance and other verticals.

The deal is an add-on acquisition that integrates Siena's proprietary logistics software into Peak's AIDC systems integration offerings to expand capabilities in visibility, automation and micro-fulfillment solutions; financial terms were not disclosed.
