Eurazeo to Acquire Eres Group Stake from IK Partners

Eurazeo has signed an agreement to acquire the stake in French fintech Eres Group from IK Partners' IK VIII Fund; financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to regulatory approvals. Eres, headquartered in Paris, is a leading provider of employee profit-sharing, retirement schemes and asset management with approximately €6.7 billion in assets under management and a distribution network of over 6,600 distributors.

Thoma Bravo Acquires EQS Group AG

Thoma Bravo, via Pineapple German Bidco GmbH, completed a public takeover offer to acquire EQS Group AG for EUR 40.00 per share, valuing the company at approximately EUR 400 million and leading to an expected delisting. The investment will provide EQS with funding for product innovation, capability expansion in compliance/ESG software and capital for potential add-on M&A as Thoma Bravo builds the business as a pan‑European compliance and ESG software platform.

Eurazeo Acquires Majority Stake in Cranial Technologies

Eurazeo has acquired a majority stake in Cranial Technologies from BPOC, investing over $200 million alongside an equity rollover from management. Cranial Technologies is the market leader in custom cranial orthotics (the DOC Band) and operates approximately 80 U.S. clinics plus licensed international locations; the investment will support U.S. and international expansion and product-line extension.

Eurazeo Acquires Majority Stake in Scaled Agile, Inc.

Eurazeo has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Scaled Agile, Inc., the provider of the SAFe framework, investing approximately $300 million alongside existing investors. Leeds Equity Partners will remain an investor and continue to serve on the board; the deal is expected to close in late 2021, and Scaled Agile will continue to scale its training, certification and digital platform for enterprise agility.

Elemica Acquires OmPrompt

The deal brings OmPrompt’s AI/ML-driven document automation, EDI and exception-management capabilities into Elemica’s digital supply network to expand automation functionality and scale Elemica’s procure-to-pay and order-to-cash offerings across its global manufacturing and consumer goods customer base.

Eurazeo, IK Partners and RAISE to Acquire Questel

Eurazeo Capital, IK Investment Partners and RAISE Investissement, together with Questel's management team (and participation from the Eurazeo China Acceleration Fund), will invest to acquire 100% of Questel. Eurazeo and the IK IX Fund will each invest nearly €200 million and together will hold a majority stake; the deal supports Questel's growth and international expansion of its IP SaaS products and services.
