Eureka-backed McCue Corporation Acquires Banner Stakes

Eureka Equity Partners’ portfolio company McCue Corporation has acquired Product Innovations, LLC d/b/a Banner Stakes, a maker of temporary safety and hazard communication barriers. McCue plans to leverage its global sales, sourcing and R&D capabilities to expand Banner Stakes’ distributor relationships and grow the business domestically and internationally; M&T Bank provided debt financing for the deal.
