Eureka Equity Partners completed a recapitalization of LegalPartners, an alternative legal services provider focused on outsourced team-based legal solutions and legal staffing. Eureka partnered with LegalPartners’ senior management (founders Jim Kosciolek and David Gruskin) to support the company’s growth, planned geographic expansion and service extensions; Stifel Bank & Trust provided debt facilities to support the transaction.
