Salice Acquires Villes 2000 S.r.l.

Arturo Salice S.p.A. (Salice Group), a Cobepa-backed manufacturer of hinges and furniture fittings, has acquired Villes 2000 S.r.l., an Italian producer of aluminium sliding systems for furniture, interior doors and shower boxes. The deal is an add-on to Salice’s platform intended to expand its sliding-systems portfolio, leverage product synergies (including the Bortoluzzi brand) and strengthen its offering to furniture and interior markets.

AUCTUS Capital Partners Acquires SPIG S.p.A. and Götaverken Miljö (GMAB)

Funds advised by AUCTUS Capital Partners AG have acquired SPIG S.p.A. (Paruzzaro, Italy) and Götaverken Miljö (GMAB) (Gothenburg, Sweden), bringing the two industrial cooling and flue-gas treatment specialists together as an AUCTUS platform. Management (CEO Alberto Galantini and CFO Costante Alverà) co-invested alongside AUCTUS; the combined group serves energy, heavy industry and data-center markets, with pro forma revenue of ~€100m and over 200 employees.

Metra S.p.A. Acquires Extruded Aluminum Corporation (EAC)

Metra S.p.A., a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of Extruded Aluminum Corporation (EAC), a U.S. manufacturer of custom extruded aluminum profiles and value‑added fabrication, assembly and finishing services. EAC operates two facilities in Belding and Kentwood, Michigan with approximately 170 employees; the deal advances Metra's North American expansion and end‑market diversification, including entry into utility‑grade solar.

Siderforgerossi Acquires Grupo Euskal Forging

Siderforgerossi Group S.p.A., a portfolio company of KPS Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of Grupo Euskal Forging, S.L., a Spanish manufacturer of forgings and seamless rolled rings headquartered in Irura, Spain. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands Siderforgerossi’s large-diameter forgings capabilities and manufacturing footprint—particularly for the wind power, oil & gas, power transmission and mining end-markets; Euskal Forging operates three facilities and has ~170 employees.

AURELIUS Acquires Hydro Precision Tubing Lichtervelde from Norsk Hydro

AURELIUS Equity Opportunities has acquired the aluminium precision tubing business of Norsk Hydro, Hydro Precision Tubing Lichtervelde, in a carve-out transaction. The Belgium-based plant (rebranded as Remi Claeys Aluminium) employs more than 180 people and generated roughly EUR 50 million in revenue in 2020; financial terms were not disclosed.

Aurubis AG Acquires Metallo Group from TowerBrook

Aurubis AG has agreed to acquire Metallo Holdings 3 B.V. (Metallo Group), a Belgian–Spanish non‑ferrous metals recycling and refining group, from TowerBrook Capital Partners. Metallo operates main sites in Belgium and Spain with ~530 employees and reported approximately €985 million revenue in FY2018; the purchase price announced was €380 million and the deal is subject to merger control clearance.
