Evernex Acquires Emcon-IT to Expand into North America

Evernex has acquired Emcon-IT, a New Jersey–based third-party maintenance (TPM) provider, marking Evernex's first acquisition in the United States and strengthening its presence in the North American market. The deal adds local technical and commercial capabilities to Evernex’s global TPM platform (PE-backed by 3i and Vitruvian) and is intended to accelerate growth in the region.
