Everwell Health Acquires American River Nutrition from Designs for Health

Everwell Health has acquired American River Nutrition (ARN) from Designs for Health, adding ARN's patented annatto-derived ingredients—including DeltaGold and GG-Gold—and specialized manufacturing and R&D capabilities in Hadley, Massachusetts to Everwell's functional ingredient platform. ARN will operate as 'American River Nutrition, an Everwell Health Company' through 2025 while Everwell invests in the Hadley facility; the ingredient DuoQuinol was excluded from the sale and remains with Designs for Health.
