Evive Brands (backed by The Riverside Company) Acquires Maid Brigade

Evive Brands, a franchise platform backed by The Riverside Company, has acquired Maid Brigade, a residential and commercial cleaning franchisor headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The add-on strengthens Evive’s home-services portfolio—now approaching 1,000 franchise territories across its brands—and Maid Brigade will continue operating under its existing leadership while gaining shared technology, training and marketing resources.
