FLEX Capital has acquired Evo IT GmbH, a Vienna-headquartered custom software provider (brands Evolit and Evol.X) serving mobility, energy, public sector and industrial clients. Frankfurt-based investor VR Equitypartner, the majority shareholder since 2019, sold its stake while the founders remain partially invested and the existing management team will continue to lead the company as it pursues geographic expansion in Germany and capability growth (particularly AI).

The acquisition expands EVO's ERP integration portfolio to include the Sage ecosystem, enabling EVO to offer bundled B2B payment solutions to Sage users and to sign new partners and merchants within that channel.
