Exemplis Acquires Edloe Finch (Parent of Albany Park)

Exemplis, a California-based furniture manufacturer, has acquired Edloe Finch, the Texas-based direct-to-consumer e-commerce retailer and parent company of Albany Park. The deal expands Exemplis’s portfolio of residential furniture brands while Edloe Finch’s founders, Darryl and Jessica Sharpton, will continue to run the business and operate independently within the Exemplis family.
