The acquisition brings Ozone’s experienced development team and pipeline in-house so Exus can originate early-stage projects rather than rely primarily on third-party developers.

EQT Infrastructure VI, through acquisition vehicle Otello BidCo AB, completed a recommended public offer to acquire 100% of OX2 AB at SEK 60 per share and now controls 98.81% of the company; OX2 has applied for delisting from Nasdaq Stockholm. A fund managed by Ares Management's Infrastructure Opportunities strategy has acquired Dynamic Renewables, a U.S.-based developer, owner and operator of anaerobic digestion and renewable natural gas (RNG) projects. An unregulated affiliate of NorthWestern Energy also took a small minority stake; the investments will support development, construction and expansion of Dynamic's pipeline and operating assets, including the BC Organics facility in Wisconsin.
