Fairchild Capital Partners, a Buffalo, New York-based private equity firm, has acquired Package Design & Supply Co., Inc., a Buffalo-based manufacturer, converter and distributor of industrial and business packaging and shipping products. The deal (terms not disclosed) is intended to provide capital and resources to accelerate Package Design's organic growth, geographic coverage and pursue strategic acquisitions while partnering with the Freeland family management team.
