Fairfax to Acquire Controlling Ownership of Peak Achievement Athletics

Peak Achievement Athletics announced that certain affiliates of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited will acquire all equity interests in Peak currently held by Sagard Holdings, giving Fairfax control of the company and its brands including Bauer Hockey, Cascade Lacrosse, and Maverik Lacrosse. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Meadow Acquires Naked Foods Limited

Meadow has acquired Naked Foods Limited, a Kent-based manufacturer of fruit and confectionery sauces, to expand its product portfolio into sweet sauces and fruit preparations. Naked Foods operates a BRC A* grade factory in Kent and the acquisition will allow Meadow to leverage synergies in manufacturing, NPD and sales to accelerate growth.

Exponent Acquires IFF's Flavour Specialty Ingredients (FSI) Business

The carve‑out includes four manufacturing and distribution facilities across the UK, US and China, serves ~970+ clients and generates over $100 million in revenue; Exponent will back FSI to grow organically and via acquisitions.

Evergreen Acquires Baileys Fertilisers Holdings Pty Ltd

Evergreen (the Exponent-backed garden care platform) has acquired Baileys Fertilisers Holdings Pty Ltd, a fourth-generation, family-owned garden care and fertiliser manufacturer based outside Perth, Western Australia. The deal adds manufacturing, branded products and distribution capability in Western Australia and is Evergreen’s fifth acquisition under Exponent’s ownership — an add-on to the Evergreen platform to expand its Australian footprint.
