Fenceworks, backed by Gemspring Capital, announced its acquisition of T-Bar Fence, a fencing, gate, and sport court installation provider serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The deal expands Fenceworks’ geographic footprint into Texas and adds sport court installation as a complementary service offering. Terms were not disclosed.
