Fengate Private Equity, on behalf of the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada, completed a strategic minority equity investment in Inflector Environmental Services. The capital will support Inflector's organic growth and M&A pipeline as the company expands its hazardous material abatement and remediation services across Canada; Inflector's management and existing shareholders retain majority ownership.
