Fengate Private Equity, on behalf of the LiUNA Pension Fund of Central and Eastern Canada, completed a strategic minority equity investment in Grace Clinics Corp. (GraceMed). The capital will provide growth funding and strategic support as GraceMed—led by founder Dr. Douglas Grace—expands its network of cosmetic surgery, dermatology and medical aesthetics clinics across the Greater Toronto Area and Southwestern Ontario.
