Ferguson plc has closed four bolt-on acquisitions in the U.S.: Southwest Geo-Solutions, AVCO Supply, GAR Engineering and Safe Step Tubs of Minnesota. The deals expand Ferguson’s geographic footprint and capabilities across erosion control, hydronics/boilers, fire protection engineering and walk-in tub sales & installation as part of its ongoing inorganic growth program.
