FGF Brands to Acquire Première Moisson Commercial Bakery from Metro

FGF Brands has agreed to acquire Première Moisson Group’s wholesale/commercial bakery production facility in Baie-D’Urfé, Quebec, for C$90 million (about $64.2 million). Metro will continue to own the Première Moisson brand and the network of 25 Quebec retail bakeries, while FGF will manufacture and distribute Première Moisson products to Metro’s grocery stores across Quebec and Ontario.
