First Legal has acquired Inter County Judicial Services (IJS), a New York–based process-serving and litigation support provider, expanding First Legal's court & process services footprint in the New York market. The deal strengthens First Legal's ability to deliver end-to-end litigation support — including service of process, court filing, court reporting, eDiscovery and records retrieval — to leading law firms and corporate legal departments.
