Five Arrows Principal Investments to Acquire Majority Stake in Groupe EDH

Five Arrows Principal Investments (FAPI) has entered exclusivity to acquire a majority stake in Groupe EDH (GEDH) from Quilvest Capital Partners and IK Partners, with GEDH's management reinvesting alongside the buyer. The transaction, subject to regulatory approvals, will support GEDH's continued expansion in France, enhancement of its digital capabilities, and acceleration of its international development.
