Five Star Franchising launched as a consolidated platform after acquiring franchisor brands Bath Solutions, Joe Homebuyer, Gotcha Covered, and Bio-One, bringing roughly 300 franchise owners and 350 territories into its ecosystem. The platform is backed by private equity sponsor Princeton Equity Group and will leverage ProNexis and centralized marketing, technology, and operations to drive franchise development and growth across home-service categories.
