Flack Global Metals (FGM) will acquire a majority ownership stake in Pacesetter Steel Service, a metals distribution and processing service center headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. The deal—driven by Pacesetter's succession planning—will add Pacesetter as the first distribution and processing service center in FGM’s Flack Manufacturing Investments (FMI) portfolio and is expected to close in July 2024.
