Flexpoint Ford has made a significant growth investment in YPrime, a Malvern, Pennsylvania–based provider of cloud-based eClinical solutions. Ballast Point Ventures will retain a minority stake and invest alongside Flexpoint; YPrime’s current management will continue to lead the company and keep a substantial ownership position to support accelerated product and global services expansion.
