FloWorks International, a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company, has acquired Assured Automation, a Roselle, New Jersey-based distributor of valve automation and flow meter products that sells through e‑commerce platforms. The deal expands FloWorks' online sourcing and flow-control capabilities and is the platform's third acquisition in the last 12 months.
