FloWorks Acquires CAC Industrial Equipment

FloWorks International LLC, a Wynnchurch Capital portfolio company, has acquired CAC Industrial Equipment Ltd., a Victoria, British Columbia–based distributor of pumps and pump repair services. The deal expands FloWorks' pumps offering and strengthens its presence in Canada; CAC will continue to serve customers across mining, aggregate, water and other industrial end markets.
