Flynn Restaurant Group and Wendy's Complete Purchase of NPC International's Pizza Hut and Wendy's Assets

NPC International has closed the sale of substantially all of its assets to Flynn Restaurant Group and Wendy's (together with five current Wendy's franchisees) as part of its Chapter 11 restructuring. The transactions transfer ownership of NPC's Pizza Hut and Wendy's restaurant locations (over 1,300 restaurants) to the buyers while restaurants remain open under new ownership.
