Hunting PLC Acquires Flexible Engineered Solutions (FES)

Hunting PLC has completed the acquisition of Flexible Engineered Solutions (FES), a UK-based supplier of subsea fluid transfer systems, for £50 million on a cash-free / debt-free basis. Headquartered in France, Chryso operates 35 industrial sites and five R&D centres, employs about 1,300 people and serves customers across more than 100 countries; the transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2021 subject to customary approvals.
