Focus Group Acquires EVAD from Ethos Group

Focus Group, a Bowmark Capital-backed UK provider of telecoms and IT services, has acquired Midlands-based communications specialist EVAD from Ethos Group. EVAD will continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership while Focus Group plans to accelerate growth by broadening its product portfolio into IT, cyber and connectivity and extending geographic reach across the UK.
