Forged Solutions Group, Inc. (“FSG”) has completed the acquisition of Custom Alloy Corporation (“CAC”), a forged-components manufacturer headquartered in High Bridge, New Jersey. The deal expands FSG’s U.S. defense footprint and adds exposure to U.S. Navy nuclear forging and fittings programs.
