Forum Health, a national functional and precision medicine platform, has acquired Integrated Health Center of the Rockies (IHCR) from founder Dr. Heather Stone. The transaction expands Forum Health’s national network and provides IHCR access to Forum’s clinical resources, technology and operational infrastructure to support scaling across new markets.
