Foundation Automotive (Foundation Auto Corp.) has acquired Freestone Auto Group, a collection of franchised dealerships and a custom commercial truck business in Fairfield, Texas. The deal expands Foundation's Central Texas footprint along the I-45 corridor and retains Stacy Dodd in a leadership role; Freestone's operations include franchised Ford, Chevrolet and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/RAM dealerships and The Service Truck Depot.
