Foundation Investment Partners (FIP) has acquired AAA Industrial Supply, a Garrett, Indiana-based distributor of industrial supplies and safety equipment. The business will be integrated with Spartan Tool Supply under CEO Derek Elbaor to expand product lines, add nationwide e-commerce capabilities, and reach new markets.
