The acquisition will integrate Knight Sky’s managed network and software development capabilities with NIC4’s MAVERICK VSAT services to support customers including the U.S. Space Force, US Army, DISA, FEMA and DHS.

Accel-KKR Acquires Navis from Cargotec

AddSecure Acquires Navkonzept GmbH

The deal strengthens AddSecure Smart Transport's presence in Germany, adds ~20,000 billable connections and increases the Smart Transport division's revenues as AddSecure integrates Navkonzept into its Smart Transport business.
