Fourshore Partners Acquires North State Acceptance

Fourshore Partners, a Miami-based private equity firm, has acquired North State Acceptance (NSA), a Raleigh-headquartered specialty finance company that purchases and services retail installment contracts from independent auto dealerships. NSA operates 12 branch locations across the Southeast and Mid‑Atlantic and was sold with Pine Tree Equity Partners represented as the seller; financial terms were not disclosed.
