Fox Innovation & Technologies Acquires Revak Turbomachinery

Fox Innovation & Technologies (FIT) has acquired Revak Turbomachinery from PNC Mezzanine Capital, marking an exit for PNC MC. Revak, a remanufacturing and service provider for steam turbines, pumps and related rotating equipment, will join FIT to expand turbomachinery service and manufacturing capabilities and broaden FIT's industrial service offerings.
