FPE Capital Acquires Vanda Research

FPE Capital has led a buyout of Vanda Research, a specialist B2B provider of macro research and proprietary positioning/flow data for institutional capital markets investors. The investment — the sixth from FPE Fund III — will fund go-to-market expansion, product and data capability development and selective bolt-on M&A; Vanda’s shareholders were advised in the transaction.
