Onex Corporation Acquires Independent Clinical Services (ICS)

(ICS) from TowerBrook Capital Partners, with TowerBrook reinvesting a portion of proceeds and the ICS management team also reinvesting. ICS is a healthcare staffing and managed services provider operating across four continents with approximately 1,850 employees and will be supported by Onex to drive future growth and expansion.
