Francisco Partners has made a majority investment in GAINSystems, becoming the company’s majority shareholder after an initial strategic growth investment in July 2020. The capital and partnership are intended to help GAINSystems scale its cloud-based supply chain planning platform and expand capabilities for its manufacturing, distribution and retail customers.
