Fullbay, the Phoenix-based shop management software provider for heavy-duty repair shops, has acquired Dieselmatic Digital Inc., a British Columbia–based digital marketing agency focused on diesel repair shops. The acquisition adds demand-generation and digital marketing capabilities to Fullbay's platform to drive more business to shop customers; terms were not disclosed.
