FusionLayer Acquires Omnitele to Expand Intelligent Network Capabilities

FusionLayer has acquired Omnitele, bringing Omnitele’s PRIMEA/PRIVIA product line and RAN engineering and professional services into FusionLayer’s Intelligent Network portfolio. The deal integrates Omnitele’s mobile network analytics and optimization capabilities with FusionLayer’s DDI and Infinity EMS technologies to expand automation, performance intelligence, and RAN engineering services for operators globally.
