Future Fuels Inc. Acquires Hatchet Uranium Corp. (Future Fuels Athabasca Inc.)

Future Fuels Inc. completed its acquisition of Hatchet Uranium Corp. (HUC) through a three-cornered amalgamation under an amended amalgamation agreement. The acquired asset is a district-scale uranium exploration portfolio totaling about 97,674 hectares across five project areas (Hatchet Lake, Highway, CBX/Shoe, Usam, and Genie) in northern Saskatchewan, with the amalgamated entity continuing as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Future Fuels under the name Future Fuels Athabasca Inc.
